Day 1 (L,D) Depart Adelaide 7.30am & Flinders University at 8.15am

Tour down to the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula. First stop is to check into
Willow Creek our private accommodation set within natural scrub with many fun
inclusions. Bedrooms and bathrooms are separated for both female & male.
Later in the morning, time to stretch the legs and view the picturesque
coastline of this Fleurieu region by taking a walk through unique landscapes
& secret locations with our experienced guides. A picnic lunch in a natural
setting early afternoon Walking through the conservation areas gives you views
of some of South Australia’s most stunning coastline. In the evening gather
around the campfire under a million stars after enjoying an Aussie BBQ.

Day 2 (B,L)

After a cooked breakfast travel along the spectacular Iman Valley Rd to

arrive at Wirrina Cove Marina. One of the highlights of the day is a 1- hour
Ocean Safari along coastline viewing stunning cliffs, bays & pristine
turquoise waters of St Vincent Gulf. Amazing geological formations make up the
rugged coastline with towering cliff-faces, rolling hills, with caves and
hidden coves. We make our way past Rapid Bay and its jetties & quarry to
visit the Fur Seal Colony, with a few lazy Seal
Lions around Rapid Head. Try and spot soaring White Bellied Sea
Eagles circling above the towering cliffs and catch a look at the huge
wind turbines of Starfish Hill Wind farm. Early afternoon lunch at
Yankalilla. After lunch enjoy a 3.3km hike on the Myponga
Trail that takes you through open plains, forested areas and native vegetation.
On the walk you may see some of the special species that call Myponga home.
More than 120 bird species live in the area including some that enjoy life by
the water and others that can be found inland. You can also see many native
animals such as kangaroos. Arrive back in Flinders University/ Adelaide
approx. 5pm.



GENERAL INFORMATION



Included in the price is all transport, boat cruise,
all mentioned meals, accommodation and park entry fees.



If you have special dietary needs (e.g., halal,
vegetarian) please notify us when booking the trip. For this tour you will need
to bring your own sleeping bag or quilt and pillow. A sleeping bag can be hired
for $15. If you are in Australia for some time & going on tours you can
purchase sleeping bags for around $15 from either Big W or Kmart stores.



CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND
REFUNDS

As this is a tour with a limited number of places available,
please only book if you are sure you can attend.



Fees apply for cancellations as follows:



 •  Within 14 days: 50% refund unless a replacement student
can be found.



•  Within 7
days: No refund unless a replacement student can be found.



Words on Wheels reserves the right to cancel tours
in case of insufficient bookings or due to circumstances beyond the tour
operator’s control. Minimum numbers to run are 15 students.
