DAY 1
Meals included: Lunch and Dinner

Departing Adelaide at 6.15am & Flinders University, Bedford Park campus at 7.00am  – we make our way to Cape Jervis and transfer to the Sealink Ferry. The journey across the Backstairs Passage is aboard a modern and comfortable vehicle ferry. First stop is Vivonne Bay which was recently listed as Australia's most beautiful beach. After a picnic lunch in the Flinders Chase National Park the rest of the day will be spent visiting natural wonders such as the Remarkable Rocks, Cape De Couedic and Admirals Arch.

Early evening arrive at our comfortable & private accommodation.A big Aussie barbecue dinner as well as Southern Hemisphere star gazing is planned for the evening.
 

DAY 2
Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
 
After breakfast we travel to the south coast which has many weather-worn natural structures and is home to large Australian Sea Lion colony.At Seal Bay Conservation Park, we will join a ranger guided walk among a rare colony of seals that will teach us all we need to know about these fascinating animals. Late morning visit to Bales Beach for some beach time and BBQ lunch .A favourite stop on the island is the Clifford’s Honey Farm, which is home to the purest strain of the Ligurian bee. Here you can buy fine honey and other products, which are produced from the Island’s diverse flora. Last stop before leaving KI is a walk-up Prospect Hill to take in spectacular 360 views of beautiful Kangaroo Island. From there we head back to Penneshaw to transfer onto the 4.30pm Sealink ferry connection.

A light pizza dinner will be on offer at Normanville on our way to Adelaide.8:00pm arrive back in Adelaide
